I WANT TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP


Membership applications are accepted by the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches year-round. There is a 725-member cap. Based on space availability, new members are approved by the Board of Directors twice annually. Applicants must list the names of two members as sponsors. The $350 new-member dues are due following approval by the Board of Directors.

Once notified of membership approval by the Board of Directors, new members need to click here to create their online profile, including username and password, if they wish to pay their $350 membership dues online. *Note: Use your email address as your username.

Click here to renew your dues, if you are an existing member who already has a username and has created an online profile in the past. If your contact information (such as email address) has changed since you first created your profile, please log in with your original username and password to update your profile. *Note: Your email address is your username.




I AM AN EXISTING MEMBER AND FIRST-TIME USER WHO NEEDS TO CREATE AN ONLINE PROFILE

For existing members who have never paid dues online and wish to do so, please click here to create an online account in order to pay your $175 dues renewal. You will need to create a username and password for your account and will return here in subsequent years to renew your membership. *Note: use your email address as your username.
