New Membership Online Application

Applications are accepted by the Forum Club year-round. New members are approved by the Board of Directors twice annually – March and June.

ALL applications must include the names of two current members who have given their approval to be listed as sponsors. New members approved by the board pay $350 in dues/initiation fee at time of approval.
